TrioBox works best for venues where customers stay 15 minutes or longer, such as restaurants, cafés, guesthouses, salons, clinics, gyms, and co-working spaces. It is not designed for home use.

Yes — security is a priority. Your guest Wi-Fi traffic is isolated from your internal or staff network, and basic encryption is applied where supported. TrioBox uses industry-standard networking practices to help keep connections safe and separate from sensitive systems.

Yes. TrioBox works with your existing internet connection. There is no need to change your ISP, upgrade your line, or replace your current setup. TrioBox simply plugs into what you already have.

In most cases, yes. We recommend that guests connect through TrioBox so you can capture visitor insights and manage access properly. Your staff or internal Wi-Fi can remain unchanged and continue to work as normal.

Short Answer: No. TrioBox does not provide internet access itself. It uses your existing internet connection and adds a smart guest Wi-Fi layer on top, including login, data capture, and customer insights.
