If you commit to 12 months or longer, a compatible router is included at no extra cost. Otherwise, compatible hardware can be purchased once-off.

TrioBox is built with POPIA-aware consent principles in mind. Guests provide consent before connecting and data handling is designed to support responsible usage.

Guests see a clean, branded Wi-Fi login page with your venue identity and message. They enter their details, accept consent, and connect without shared passwords.

Yes. TrioBox allows you to set time-based or data-based guest usage limits so you can manage fair access and keep performance consistent.

Yes. TrioBox supports SMS, WhatsApp and email marketing opportunities for guests who opted in. Please note that SMS and WhatsApp usage may carry additional usage-based costs.

TrioBox works especially well for venues where guests stay for 15 minutes or longer, such as cafés, restaurants, guesthouses, salons, clinics, gyms and co-working spaces. It is not designed for home use.

In most cases, yes. We recommend that guests use TrioBox for guest access so you can capture insights properly and manage the experience more effectively. Your staff Wi-Fi can remain unchanged.

No. TrioBox does not provide internet access itself. It sits on top of your existing connection and adds branded guest login, data capture and customer insight tools.

Yes. Guests can login using a voucher that you generate on the customer portal. This allows you to provide more data or time when their free access expires, or to give out special access codes for VIPs, events or promotions.
